We recognize that there were several challenges for you in completing our purchase. We are in an overall housing market where prices are in a downtrend but owners still expect in a sale what their neighbors obtained during the height of a dramatic increase in prices. Most buyers, like us, now refuse to pay "top dollar" - established when the prices peaked.
